Maintenance Agreement:

AGC MEDIA and the signatory of this contract agree upon the monthly maintenance of the website that was developed for the signatory by AGC MEDIA.

Monthly maintenance Includes the following:

1. Insure that all plugins are updated and wordpress compatible.

2. Insure that the wordpress engine is updated to the latest version for optimal security and usability.

The Maintenance Package DOES NOT INCLUDE:

1. website redesign.

2. website optimization.

3. website troubleshooting.

4. content updates.

5. Any and all major changes to the website beyond updates of the wordpress software and the plugins associated with the website.
